SRW Lunchbox Cake
Happy Seattle Restaurant Week!
Sweet Dream Bakes is delighted to be a part of SRW as a pop up this year! SRW is partnering with Seattle Pop Ups to bring you local food pop ups to the celebration for the first time!
We will be popping up at Hello Em in the CID on Saturday, November 9th from 11am to 2pm. Preorder now for your SRW desserts featuring South East Asian delicacies including pandan honeycomb cake, an ube cake slice, and Vietnamese coffee nougat crisp or lunchbox cake.
Seattle Restaurant Week Special Menu:
Sweets Box ($20)
Featuring South East Asian treats
Pandan Honeycomb Cake - Bánh Bò Nướng, a fragrant, chewy, cake slice made with coconut and tapioca (coconut, egg. Gluten free!)
Ube Cake Slice - our signature chiffon cake with vibrant ube, purple yam (wheat, milk, egg)
Vietnamese Coffee Nougat Crisp - crisp crackers in a milky nougat, accented with tart craisins and nuts (wheat, milk, soy, almond, pistachio)
Lunchbox Cake ($35)
Choice of:
Hojicha - roasted green tea,
Ube - purple yam,
or Strawberry mini cake
Design: white vintage, dreamy sky, or printed photo design
Our cakes are made with a cotton-soft cloud cake and milky buttercream for a treat that is light and not too sweet! They are meticulously made from scratch using high quality ingredients and an abundance of care and attention.
DESIGN choices: White Vintage with black or white writing, purple signature dreamy sky, or Printed Photo of choice (submit image below)
