Pandan Honeycomb Cake (Bánh Bò Nướng)
One of our favorite childhood cakes, the Vietnamese Pandan Honeycomb Cake, also known as Bánh Bò Nướng. This cake has a delightfully soft and chewy texture with the fragrance of pandan and coconut. The honeycomb name comes from the striations (air tubes) running up and down the interior of the cake, showing a honeycomb-like cross section. It also happens to be dairy- and gluten- free.
