The nougat crisp, also known as Snowflake Crisp, is our favorite snack in the world and includes a delightful combination of flavors and textures in one bite! Crisp crackers are enveloped in a milky nougat, accented with tart craisins and nuts. Chewy, airy, crispy, crunchy, light, salty, not too sweet, and so snackable.
We love playing with the flavors and inclusions in the nougat. A cultural snack originally hailing from Taiwan that we’d like to introduce to everyone. Freshly made is best! We get rave reviews for the nougat, and we are looking forward to sharing nougat crisp with the people of Seattle!
