Nougat Crisp

The nougat crisp, also known as Snowflake Crisp, is our favorite snack in the world and includes a delightful combination of flavors and textures in one bite! Crisp crackers are enveloped in a milky nougat, accented with tart craisins and nuts. Chewy, airy, crispy, crunchy, light, salty, not too sweet, and so snackable.

We love playing with the flavors and inclusions in the nougat. A cultural snack originally hailing from Taiwan that we’d like to introduce to everyone. Freshly made is best! We get rave reviews for the nougat, and we are looking forward to sharing milk nougat with the people of Seattle!

Gloomy Matcha - Aroom Exclusive - a nougat take on our favorite drink from Aroom, our signature matcha nougat coupled with a black sesame nougat for a delightful treat

Black Sesame - a toasty and nutty black sesame nougat with Japanese crackers, dried cranberries, pistachios, and almond

Matcha Strawberry - a flavorful matcha nougat with Japanese crackers, dried cranberries, pistachios, and almond with freeze dried strawberries

Cranberry Pistachio - the original milk nougat with Japanese crackers, dried cranberries and pistachios, and the added touch of freeze dried strawberries.

Speculoos Latte - if milk nougat was made into a coffee, our creation featuring a fragrant Vietnamese coffee nougat with Japanese crackers, Biscoff cookies, dried cranberries, and toasted almonds for the perfect breakfast and snack time bite

Seasonal: Zesty Mango - a nut free version of the milk nougat with Japanese crackers, zesty lemon cookies, dried mangos and cranberries, and freeze dried strawberries

Available as 4 piece packs for $6 at pop ups

or 12 piece cup for $15

Minimum one dozen packs of one flavor for special orders (48 piece minimum, can be packaged differently) - add on with your custom cake in the contact form

Use of Uber package is also available within pickup times. - To check delivery cost on the Uber app, select the Package service and choose ”Receive a Package” from Echo Lake Elementary School in Shoreline for an estimate - the actual cost varies depending on the delivery day, time, traffic conditions, and Uber fees. We are not responsible for Uber Package delivery cost or damages.
