Sweet Dream Bakes cake parfaits are getting a little renewal for this next pop up! Our signature cakes in smaller to go portions! But now, made with fresh cream. The way we originally made it for our friends and family for the past decade :) Thank you for letting us grow and explore new avenues of our small business! We can't wait to make all the not-too-sweet treats for you.

Layered with delicate, cotton-soft cloud cake and whipped fresh cream for a treat that is light and not too sweet! Our cake is meticulously made from scratch using high quality ingredients & an abundance of care and attention.

One of each includes any FOUR (4) of the parfaits, not all 5! Ube was added after the initial update 

Current Flavors:

Lychee is our new signature flavor. One of our favorite, juicy, sweet, floral, and refreshing fruits to enjoy year round. Get a taste of lychee/litchi fruit paired with vanilla cake.

Pandan is a screwpine leaf with sweet, floral, and grassy notes, commonly regarded as the vanilla of South East Asia. This will be pandan flavored fresh cream paired with vanilla cloud cake.

Ube is a purple yam with notes of vanilla and coconut, connecting our ube cake and not too sweet, whipped ube cream. Beautifully fragrant and a vibrant purple, our most loved custom cake flavor.

Black Sesame is made with nutty and toasty black sesame fresh cream, the perfect not too sweet treat.

Chestnut is an exclusive offering for our 1st Anniversary pop up at Aroom Coffee on 12/1! Made with chestnut paste paired with vanilla cake and cream for our parfait version of a Mont Blanc. Have a taste of Aroom’s Chestnut Cream Cheese drink with our cake!

It’s almost been a whole year since we’ve started this adventure with you. 🥺 Thank you so much for following along on the journey and supporting this little dream of mine. It hasn’t been that long and I’m still learning and trying to improve many aspects of myself and the business, but it’s been so fun and fulfilling to be able to come this far 🥰💗

I’m so grateful I was brave enough to start a business. I know I still have a long way to go, but I made it this far and I’m proud of it. Being a solo entrepreneur is no easy task. I’ve started a cake training program of sorts and it’s amazing to see a whole team of people dedicated to each role that one wears the hat for as a business owner. We do so much as business owners! I often felt like I’m not doing enough, but the high expectations we set for ourselves are not realistic. Everything takes time to figure out and improve. We are on our way. (Can you tell I’ve done some reflecting? 🤣 More on that later!)

Hojicha Cream uses high quality hojicha tea powder from Sugimoto Teas. Get a taste of toasty warmth from this roasted tea powder paired

Ube Latte is a purple yam with notes of vanilla and coconut and not too sweet, milky buttercream. Our most loved custom cake flavor.

Vietnamese Coffee is made with a fragrant coffee milky buttercream and syrup for a tiramisu like treat to go - our mom’s favorite flavor.

Matcha is a made with high quality ceremonial grade matcha green tea from Uji, Japan for a strong, yet not too bitter note. The matcha pandan is a sweet earthy mix of the two flavors with a lovely aroma.

Black Sesame is made with nutty and toasty black sesame buttercream, the perfect not too sweet treat.
